Fall 2017: Manufacturing Co-op Summer- Danville, KY
Intelligrated is hiring for a Manufacturing Co-op! This individual will be based out of our Danville, KY location, and support multiple departments of manufacturing operations including Quality, Procurement, Operations, etc. Duties could include, but not be limited to:
Participating in the development and implementation of quality control specifications, standards, and programs for parts and finished products, and the packaging thereof
Maintaining master plan timetable for quality control initiatives
Developing and recommending inspection, sampling, testing and packaging techniques that ensure finished products meet quality specifications and standards
Collecting and analyzing data to effect process improvements, reduce costs and enhance efficiency
Assisting research and development, engineering, etc. in formulating new products or in establishing standards for these products prior to initial production
Extensive analysis and maintenance of inventory levels, item usages, safety stock levels, and ERP order modifiers
Consistent review of slow moving and obsolete inventory and involvement in disposition processes
Production support involving inventory transactions and error handling
Documentation and organization of all key manufacturing measurements
Oracle ERP Subject Matter Expert in all manufacturing related areas and processes including test plan development, test plan execution, report design documentation, and procedure creation
Providing leadership and training in the pursuit of Lean and Continuous Improvement in the Oracle ERP manufacturing environment
Management of Physical Inventory processes including procurement of supplies, training, cutoff process, supervision of tag entry, tag control, and documentation of before/after reports
Currently in pursuit of a BS in Operations Management, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, or applicable studies.
