Job Summary
Under the general direction and supervision of the Unit Facilitator, Assistant Directors, and the Director, Childcare Associates are responsible for the development, implementation, and supervision of developmentally appropriate classroom settings designed to meet individual and group needs of children six weeks to twelve years of age. Establish appropriate environments equipped with learning centers, materials, and activities arranged to a)invite child participation, b)enhance general development and growth, and c)promote children's engagement and interactions with the environment, caregivers, and peers to encourage communication and social behaviors, self-directed learning and spontaneous play. Exhibits the F.I.R.S.T. Values (Friendliness, Innovation, Respect, Service, and Trust).
Working Conditions, Hazards and Physical Effort
The task of this job does not involve exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues but employment may require performing supplemental tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues. Requires moderate to heavy physical exertion on a regular basis.
Minimum Qualifications or Equivalents
Education: High School Graduate or equivalent; Child Development Associate Credential, and Associate Degree in early childhood or related field preferred.

Experience: One to three (1-3) years experience as a childcare provider preferred.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
