Maintenance Technician What we are looking for:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment - Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery and systems - Troubleshoot issues to determine root causes and implement solutions - Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools - Maintain accurate maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Weld, fabricate, and maintain equipment as needed - Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs - Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders - Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance and mechanical knowledge - Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting - Ability to weld, fabricate, and maintain machinery - Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise contractors effectively - Excellent customer service skills to interact with internal teams - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus Job Type:
