We are hiring for two positions in the Danville, KY area:
8am - 4:
30pm EST Mon - Fri & 11:
30am - 8pm EST, Mon - Fri THESE ARE FULL TIME, W-2 ROLES!!! We are looking for a motivated, organized, and talented Patient Engagement Specialist to join our team, focusing on providing excellent customer facing support and follow up.
This would include, but not limited to patient appointment setting and follow up, answering our inbound 1-800 calls and overall patient customer service for our growing organization.

Job Purpose:
Responsible to provide remote technical support & training for elderly patients using digital devices to measure their vital signs daily.
Will work to support of a large team of Health and Wellness Coaches who work directly with patients to drive better health outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Provides excellent customer service for all patient engagement activities.
Drives patient appointment compliance with outstanding follow up and appointment setting skills.
Provides world class technical support to Medicare aged patients monitoring chronic conditions from home.
Acts as the point of escalation for CW Health and Wellness Coaching team when patients are having issues with CW apps, devices provided, and general problem solving to assist patients directly.
Engages in direct patient contact to assist in overall problem solving and patient satisfaction.
Understands and meets compliance with all HIPAA related data and interactions.
Drives monthly Medicare compliance through prescribed outreach methodology, and timely follow up with patients.
Responds to incoming calls and messages according to internal service level agreements.
Provides internal support by collaborating across departments to drive issue resolution Understands tracking specific metrics associated with role.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Here are our MUST HAVES:
Required Education, Experience, Certifications / Licensure, & Skills:
Associates degree in business, healthcare management, or related field and THREE to FIVE years of customer service/tech support experience OR the equivalent combination of education and experience Experience resolving shipping issues (Shopify experience a plus) Experience using multiple software applications and multi-tasking Excellent verbal communication skills and professional demeanor/presentation Ability to adjust engagement style based on customer needs to provide an exceptional experience A positive, collaborative attitude to work in a team environment to meet the needs of all patients Exhibits a high level of patience and compassion to work with novice technology users (aged 65+) Preferred Experience and Skills:
Multilingual/bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred Candidates with a background or experience with consumer customer service, tier 1 remote technical support, supporting tech novices with device/app setup, and five years of remote customer service experience preferred.
