Preference for this position will be given to those with job related experience.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE Assist doctors with patient appointments Take patient vitals and medical history Client Communication Maintain medical records Maintain medical supply inventory Assist with surgery and dentistry Assist with anesthesia preparation and monitoring Perform routine labwork, diagnostics, radiographs, venipuncture and IV catheter placement Provide all aspects of patient care Client Education Reception duties as needed JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE High school diploma and must be at least 18 years old College degree, LVT or Veterinary Assistant certificate preferred Proficient computer skills Experience in working with animals Prior animal hospital experience preferred Must possess a valid driver's license Must have the ability to perform the physical requirements of the job Be able to pass a drug test and background check Job Type:
